How do I place an order online?
Ordering online is safe and easy. Once you have found the item you would like to purchase, click on the “Add to Cart” button to place it in your Shopping Cart. From there, either continue browsing or follow the directions within the cart to complete the checkout process.
What is your shipping policy?
My promise: ALL orders will be shipped within ONE to THREE business days from my workshop in the United States. Depending on the season, I use either USPS First-Class or DHL eCommerce Expedited for shipping. Tracking is sent via email upon shipment.
What is your return policy?
Please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org regarding returns. No returns will be accepted if you did not contact Lily first. No returns are accepted after 14 days. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to returned items unless they are defective. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. No returns are offered for clearance or on sale items. These items are final sale. Damaged or defective products will be immediately replaced at my cost. Exchanges are not offered at this time.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Many orders are shipped same day, so please contact me at email@example.com as soon as possible with order cancellation or change requests. Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer eligible to be cancelled or changed.
How do I know about ongoing sales or promotion codes?
Subscribe to my email list! I periodically send out notifications covering sales, promotional events, and the restocking of popular items.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a confirmation email upon completing your purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another email that includes your tracking number.
Do you ship orders outside the United States?
Not yet! At this time, I am only able to ship domestically.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Using a piece of soft cloth, gently rub the surfaces of your jewelry to remove tarnish and keep your jewelry looking like new. Please note: water, chlorine and bleach accelerate tarnishing and should be avoided whenever possible.
